These Terms govern your use of the e-Arrival Card assistance service operated by AQ Systems LLC ("we", "us"). By submitting an application you agree to these Terms.

Independent service

We are an independent third-party service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government of Indonesia. The official arrival card portal is allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id, where the arrival card can also be completed directly.

Our service fee

Our fee covers expert review, error-checking, and assisted submission. The arrival card can also be completed directly at the official portal. Fees are charged per traveller and shown before payment.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information. We are not liable for delays or refusals caused by incorrect details or government decisions.
