Our fee covers professional review, error-checking and assisted submission of your e-Arrival Card.

Eligibility

If we have not begun processing your application, you may request a full refund. Once processing has started, fees for work performed are non-refundable.

Government decisions

We cannot refund based on entry decisions made by Indonesian authorities, as these are outside our control.
